Panelists discuss illness in society from four perspectives Oct. 16th

The Department of English at the University of New England will hold a panel discussion titled “Illness in Society: Four Perspectives” on Oct. 16, 2006 in Alfond 205 from 5 - 7 p.m. on the University Campus, Biddeford. The program will also be broadcast to the Westbrook College Campus in Portland, location to be determined.

The purpose of the panel is to examine the philosophical, sociological, cultural, and literary as well as the medical dimensions of illness. The program is free and open to the University Community as well as the general public.
