"Recent Acquisitions to the Permanent Collection" on Display at Art Gallery through July 10th

Recent Acquisitions to the Permanent Collection of the Art Gallery at the University of New England will be shown starting May 10 through July 10, 2005 at the Art Gallery on UNEs Westbrook College Campus, Portland.

An opening reception will be held on Tuesday, May 10 from 5-7:00 p.m.

Gallery Talks
Two Gallery Talks are scheduled for June 22 and 28, both from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.

Exhibition
Recent Acquisitions to the Permanent Collection is comprised of more than 50 works from 31 artists - all recent gifts to the Art Gallery's collection. Most of them have never been exhibited at the University before.

Included are photographs by Jack Montgomery, Judith Ellis Glickman, Denise Froehlich, and Melonie Bennett, among others.
