Accreditation

Blue and white logo for the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician AssistantUNE is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The Physician Assistant Program is accredited by the Accreditation Review Committee on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).

The PA Program received provisional accreditation in 1996 and continuing accreditation in 1998. The program last received continuing accreditation in March of 2012. Its review for continuing accreditation is next scheduled for September 2016.

The percentage of graduates who take and pass the examination on the first attempt (UNE and national) and all graduates taking the examination (UNE and national) are listed for your comparison.
