November 11, 2011 - February 12, 2012

Nov. 10th, 5:30-8:30 p.m.- Opening Night Reception
This special event benefited Community Counseling Center and its programs for veterans, service members and their families, and served as a remembrance of the exhibition’s creator, Jerry Robinov, a noted Maine photographer who passed away in August 2011.

Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a silent auction accompanied a brief program at 6:15 p.m. Tickets: $30 per person / $50 per couple.

The Exhibition

Faces of War captured portraits of veterans from the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts who made incredible sacrifices in order to give back to their country during times of war.

Each portrait was accompanied by an essay describing service and sacrifice written by the veteran.
