Natives and Visitors: Poets in Portland at the UNE Art Gallery

Estha Weiner's newest poetry collection is In the Weather of the World (Salmon Poetry, Ireland, 2013.) She is an English professor at City College of New York. She has also been an actor and worked for BBC radio.

Betsy Sholl served as Maine Poet Laureate from 2006 to 2011. Her eighth collection of Poetry, Otherwise Unseeable (Four Lakes Poetry Prize, University of Wisconsin) for which she won the 2014 Maine Literary Award for Poetry. She teaches in the MFA Program of Vermont College of Fine Arts.

John Perrault is the author of Jefferson's Dream (Hobblebush Books, 2009), among others, and has recorded nine albums of original ballads and songs. He was Poet Laureate of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 2003-2005.

Susana H. Case’s newest book is 4 Rms w Vu (Mayapple Press, 2014). Author of four full-length poetry collections and four chapbooks, including The Scottish Café, originally published by Slapering Hol Press and re-released in a Polish-English version, Kawiarnia Szkocka, by Opole University Press, she is a Professor at the New York Institute of Technology.
