Stress Relief Week Power Yoga 12:10pm

Themed Event

Build strength, stamina, flexibility and greater mind-body awareness as you move through a range of creatively and purposefully sequenced postures. Expect to flow through sun salutations, and a blend of any or all of the following: balancing postures, twists, backbends, abdominal exercises, as well as hip openers. Experience clear and precise alignment instruction with options to modify or move deeper into each posture. This mixed levels class welcomes all practitioners.
