Brown Bag Discussion: Dissecting the Class from Hell

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Commons 320
Biddeford Campus

Open to UNE Faculty and Staff

Brown-Bag lunch sessions provide informal opportunities for faculty to gather together and share knowledge, resources and techniques for handling specific, complex teaching topics. The discussion will be facilitated by Marc Ebenfield, Director, CETL. Links to pertinent resources will be provided and follow-up sessions may be created for popular topics.

Dissecting the Class from Hell, April 7 (BC), April 9 (PC)

Despite superb planning and design, we have all had that class session that flops or even that one class that we just cannot connect with for seemingly the whole semester. While we love sharing what works, sometimes the failures provide us with incredible insight into the teaching process. Come share, laugh and learn from situations we all experience. All stories will be held strictly confidential by those attending.

Brown bag sessions will be held from 12:00-1:00 on both the Portland (Blewett 108) and Biddeford (3rd Floor Commons) campuses at the dates listed below. Online discussions will open on Sunday and close on Saturday the same week as the Face-to-Face sessions. Links to the online discussions will be sent the Friday before they open.
