Join us for a 3-hour interactive virtual workshop which focuses on assisting with the expansion of Pharmacist-Provider collaborative practice agreements (CPAs) in NH, and help us brainstorm ways to integrate with, and develop strategies to, engage providers about entering into CPAs with pharmacists.

This workshop is pending approval for 3 Continuing Pharmacy Education.
