Amy Coha

Amy L. Coha, MSW, LCSW has been a clinical social worker for thirty-two years.  Her social work practice includes clinical work with survivors of Intimate Partner Violence, individuals with mental illness, program development, training and consultation with mental health and criminal justice systems and expert witness testimony.  In 2000, she joined the School of Social Work Field Faculty as a Clinical Assistant Professor.  In 2006 she was promoted to Clinical Associate Professor. Her major responsibilities are in field education. She teaches integrating seminars works with students in securing field placements and is a liaison to community agencies that provide field placements.  She also developed and teaches an advanced year clinical elective on Social Work Practice and Intimate Partner Violence.
