Jennifer Metevier

Jen is a graduate of UNE, class of 2007. She works primarily in acute mental health. In the community, her first 9 years she did mostly group therapy interventions with children and adolescents and now works as a coordinator, building the clinical programming and providing staff more clinical education. She is trained in multiple forms of cognitive and behavioral therapies. Jen has been a CI for many former UNE graduates and is an adjunct professor in the mental health lab and therapeutic use of self and group intervention courses. Jen is also involved in building service learning experiences to incorporate into the OT program. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and young girls, going to the beach, cooking, baking, and yoga.
