A Tangier native, Karima Dinia received her law degree from Mohammed V University in Rabat. After practicing private law, she returned to Tangier and took over her family catering business, Société Tangerin's Cream. Her company has worked with many different public and private clients, including consulates, ministries, festivals, films, hotels, schools, and cultural institutions. She became the campus chef at UNE Morocco in 2014, an experience she finds very fulfilling because it enables her to meet young people from a different continent while giving them in exchange a vision of what Morocco is — all while advocating for tolerance and respect for cultural diversity.
