After gathering input from the community through a variety of outlets, the The Strategic Planning Coordinating Committee (SPCC) has created the strategic plan draft framework. Thank you to the working groups for providing more detailed input to elaborate on the specific initiatives that UNE will undertake. The working groups presented their suggestions and ideas to the planning committee on May 29, 2018.

The seven strategic priorities in the framework are intentionally aspirational, identifying key areas in which UNE may continuously improve and evolve. The charge to the working groups was to develop ideas for specific strategies and initiatives through which UNE can address each overarching priority of the strategic plan. These will form the core of the strategic plan, articulating activities — with concrete, measurable goals — that the university will undertake to achieve its vision.

Community members are encouraged to continue to provide input and ideas to the SPCC and the working groups, either directly or via email
