Katelyn Caron '12

Katelyn currently works as an Environmental Scientist for TRC Solutions in Scarborough, ME. She performs wetland and stream delineations for natural gas pipelines and biological surveys (of birds, bats, etc.) in Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.

About her Environmental Studies at UNE, Katelyn says, “I was exposed to a wide array of information that was helpful in getting a job in my field post-graduation… Being in southern Maine provides great opportunities to get outside and experience the many different habitats of Maine—which the ENV department takes full advantage of on a weekly basis.”
