I was attracted to UNE by the small student-to-teacher ratio and one-on-one attention UNE offered. The UNE campus was also very attractive and seemed to offer all the amenities I would need as a commuting student. The professors at UNE were instrumental in helping me choose a major that fit my interests and needs. I came to UNE as an undeclared student. I chose History after taking a class on the Mexican Revolution.

I like that UNE offers honored speakers on an on-going basis. The availability of the professors and staff is another reason I enjoy UNE. The professors are always willing to give extra help and work with you. I like that the campus offers diversity in not only students but faculty. Students are friendly, and everybody seems to know each other.
