This program takes place prior to the Traditional Campus-Based Orientation session, and will end in time for you to participate in it fully.

$75 additional cost

This three-day, two-night community service program offers participants the opportunity to have a positive impact through projects that revolve around UNE’s coastal environment. Experience the rocky and rugged shores of Maine through service projects at local lighthouses, islands and beach reserves.

This is an Exploratory Program: Trips in this category are designed for students who want an adventure but may not be interested in camping. Students will reside in residence halls, eat meals prepared by UNE dining services and enjoy all that our beautiful campus and its surrounding community has to offer.
