What to Expect

At Orientation, you will have the chance to:

  • Have a two-day residential education experience
  • Begin your transition to become a University of New England student
  • Prepare for your move in for the fall semester and for life on campus
  • Make extended connections with future classmates, current UNE students, faculty and staff
  • Become immersed in the intellectual, social and cultural climates of UNE
  • Become more acquainted with the campus community
  • Work in small groups with trained Orientation leaders throughout the course of Orientation
