Amanda Langley

Amanda Langley grew up in Falmouth, ME and graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. After graduating, she worked for seven years as a Care Manager with the Connecticut Homecare Program for Elders. In 2013, she returned home to Maine, and in February 2014, she began working with Graduate Admissions at the University of New England. In this position, she coordinated the admissions for UNE's DMD program and was able to attend ADEA conferences. She also earned her Master in Public Health degree in December 2016.

In August 2016, Amanda participated in an interprofessional health service trip to Ghana, providing free medical care to patients for two weeks along with other UNE students and faculty. She is a member of Delta Omega, a public health honor society, and UNE's Health and Wellness Committee. She also enjoys her work at The Center for Grieving Children, where she has volunteered for over two years.
