Family and Friends Photography

Family and friends are more than welcome to take photos/videos while at both the college graduation ceremonies and the University Commencement Ceremony. Please note that during all ceremonies the floor area near the stage will be restricted to prevent disruption. Families/students will also have an opportunity for pictures following each ceremony.

Individual Photos

The University worked with Lifetouch Studios and PhotoDay to take individual photographs of each graduate at their respective college graduation ceremony.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Graduating students were photographed at their respective college graduation ceremony, there was no need to sign up.
  • Two photos were taken of each student. The first was as the student crossed the stage to receive recognition of their achievement. The second was taken as the student exited the stage with a university banner as the backdrop.
  • Information on how to find/review proofs and order photos can be found on this webpage under the Order Photos from the 2024 Ceremonies section below. There is no obligation to purchase.

Candid Photos

In addition, the university worked with Jeff Scher Photography and Tim Greenway Photography to take professional, candid photos at both the individual college graduation ceremonies and at the University Commencement Ceremony. Ordering information can be found on this webpage under the Order Photos from the 2024 Ceremonies section below and clicking on the ceremony photo links. There is no obligation to purchase.

Order Photos from the 2024 Ceremonies

Order Individual Photos

  • To order individual photos from the 2024 ceremonies from Lifetouch Studios, go to my.photoday.com and click “Get Started”. Enter your phone number and the verification code that is sent to your phone.
  • After you create your account, enter access code 483937GY24 to view your gallery. You can also text your access code to 90738 if you want to opt-in to get text alerts when your photos are ready to view.
  • Select “Parents: View Your Photos” (in the upper right-hand corner)
  • You will have three options for finding your photos:
    • FaceFind will ask for a photo to reference to find you using facial recognition
    • Tags will let you find your event (it will probably be easier to search by tags to get started)
    • “All photos” is the entire gallery of all events

To return to the search options and change galleries at any time, click on “Find your photos” in the top right corner from any page.
