Brian Duff interviewed for election turnout analysis

Brian Duff, Ph.D., assistant professor of political science, was interviewed by the Portland Press Herald on Nov. 5, 2009  for an analysis of unusually high voter turnout in the Nov. 3 election. Tuesday's election came at a time of strong interest in politics, Duff said. The federal government's activity – from economic stimulus to corporate bailouts to health care reform – is creating greater interest, he said.
