UNE Education students bring fun to Family Literacy Night
Students studying in UNE's Department of Education were featured in an article on Seacoastonline.com for designing literacy games at the first Family Literacy Night held at Mildred L. Day School in Arundel, Maine on April 28.
According to Nicole Keany '16, the event aimed to "inspire and encourage different ways to learn about literacy." Students engaged the children in word games and rhyming activities to help put a fun spin on learning.
