On March 6, 2016, the Portland Press Herald published an art review of two collaborative exhibitions that included “Wonder,” which is currently on display in the Art Gallery on the Portland Campus.

An interdisciplinary initiative exploring intersections among the visual arts, sciences and humanities, “Wonder” pairs participating artists from UNE’s Department of Creative and Fine Arts with participating faculty and students from non-art disciplines.

The review discusses works in the exhibition by partners Michael Vickery, adjunct professor in the Department of Creative and Fine Arts, and Lori Power, M.A., Ed.D., coordinator of the Applied Arts and Social Justice Certificate program, as well the duo of Stephen Burt, M.F.A., chair and associate professor in the Department of Creative and Fine Arts, and Pamela Morgan, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Environmental Studies. Collaborations featuring photos by Holly Haywood, B.F.A., university photographer, and drawings by Alex Rheault, adjunct assistant lecturer in the Department of Creative and Fine Arts, are also noted.
