UNE Vice President of Student Engagement and Director of Athletics Jack McDonald said of the news, “Seeing Zoe and Caitlin listed in the National Women’s All-America team in our first year as varsity women’s rugby program is incredible. The list of outstanding athletes and their institutions is very, very impressive. We could not be prouder of Zoe, Caitlin, Coach Potvin and the entire UNE Women’s Rugby Team.”

Potvin added, "Having two players recognized as some of the best in varsity rugby speaks volumes about the student-athletes that we attract and the program we are building. We will look to continue to foster a competitive atmosphere that brings out the best in all of our student-athletes."
