Bernice is the Associate Dean of Student and Clinical Affairs in the Westbrook College of Health Professions.   Prior to joining the WCHP Dean's Office, Professor Mills was a member of the Dental Hygiene Program for over 20 years and has extensive experience in dental hygiene education and administration.
