Gabe is currently the program manager for the Ben & Jerry's Caring Dairy program. The Caring Dairy program is a first of its kind platform that works jointly with dairy producers to address on-farm sustainability. Over the past four years he has also been working with the dairy industry on sustainable agricultural programs and assessments.

Gabe Clark has over ten years of experience working on sustainability in agriculture. He has a BS from UC Berkeley in Agricultural Economics and Policy and a master's degree from the University of Maine, Orono in Animal Veterinary Science. Gabe started his career in agriculture in Northern California where he worked with cattle ranches on issues related to endangered Coho Salmon. In 2005 he moved to Maine and started Cold Spring Ranch, a grass fed beef cattle operation. Cold Spring Ranch is one of only a few grass feed beef businesses in the Northeast to produce fresh grass fed beef beef 52 week a year. Cold Spring Ranch partners with 4 other Maine farms and has approximately 320 acres of pasture, hay fields and woodland on the home farm.
