UNE DPT Class of 2021 is Pulling a Plane Fundraiser for Travis Mills Foundation

UNE DPT Class of 2021 has a 25 person team that will attempt to pull a plane on Saturday, June 8th, 2019 for the Travis Mills Foundation

As a group of future healthcare providers with many personal connections to the military, we want to give back to the men, women, and families who have sacrificed for those of us back home.  It is our goal to raise money for the Travis Mills Foundation in order to help as many recalibrated veterans as we can and we need your help!  Any amount large or small helps reach our goal and is greatly appreciated!  Additionally, this is a free event to attend and we would love your support on June 8th to help cheer us on as we pull the plane.

What's the Travis Mills Foundation? A national nonprofit based in Maine that believes in supporting America's recalibrated veteran families.  The Travis Mills Foundation supports recalibrated veterans and their families through long-term programs that help these heroic men and women overcome physical obstacles, strengthen their families, and provide well-deserved rest and relaxation.

How do they do that? The own and operate a national retreat program in the Belgrade Lakes region of Maine where veteran families visit to try new adaptive sports, overcome challenges, and strengthen their families.
