CECE Event: Introduction to Primary Care Progress

Healthcare students!  Learn about Narrative Leadership, and how to practice it. Primary Care Progress (PCP) provides opportunities locally and nationally for leadership development and community building - promoting excellent collaborative practice through the art and exercise of cultivating relationships. Join us to hone some of the skills you will need to succeed in today’s challenging healthcare environment. 

About the Presenter:
Brendan Prast
is family medicine resident at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. He has been involved with Primary Care Progress since 2015, first serving as a local team leader at the University Of Rochester School Of Medicine, then a Trainer and Facilitator at PCP National Leadership Summits, and most recently, a Lead Coach for PCP National and the Faculty Advisor for PCP Maine.

This special CECE offering will address the interprofessional competencies of Leadership and Communication, and can be applied toward students’ IP Honors Distinction Badge.
