After attending this program, participants will be able to:
- Describe the updated recommendations for the influenza and pneumococcal vaccines in adult and pediatric populations
- Identify which influenza and pneumococcal vaccination formulations are appropriate for different populations based on patient specific factors
- Express to patients the importance of receiving the pneumococcal and annual influenza vaccinations and recognize potential barriers patients may encounter

- Classify each influenza vaccine as trivalent and quadrivalent, and explain the difference between the formulations
