Pharmacy Scholarship Application DEADLINE

Completed applications are due on Wednesday September 22, 2021 by 5pm.

Please note: answering all questions is not required, answer questions you feel are applicable to you and your pharmacy experience and your academic and career goals. You must upload your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Personal Statement as a PDF document only. There are examples of a Personal Statement included in this application, however they are simply examples. The Personal Statements included on this form are examples for those who are applying to a job or post-graduate training, you are not be expected to have a statement that is identical to these examples. Reach out to Dr. Springer or your advisor if you have questions about writing a strong personal statement. As noted on the application, your Personal Statement should include, but is not limited to the following items: your involvement in the pharmacy profession, research, awards and accomplishments, specific skills, leadership positions, involvement in committees or event organization, and evidence of volunteerism and community service.
