Did you know that Parkhurst sources roughly 30% of food served on
campus from local and sustainable farms and vendors?

Come learn about the Know Your Source purchasing policy and their Forged Partner program. Local vendors will showcase their products with samples, which will also be featured in the menu offerings. Vendor participants include: Wyman's of Maine, Grandy Oats, Papou Falafel, Jim's Organic Coffee, Heiwa Tofu, PJ Merrill Seafood, and Native Maine, among others.
