These presenters include: Anne-Marie Davee, MS, RDN, LD (Adjunct Faculty, Nutrition), Barry Antonio Costa-Pierce, Ph.D., FAAAS (Henry L. & Grace Doherty Professor of Ocean Food Systems Chair, UArctic Thematic Network in Ocean Food Systems), Jamie Moore (Director of Sourcing & Sustainability at Parkhurst Dining), and will be hosted by Susan E. Farady, J.D, Associate Professor of Marine Affairs.
About UNE's Planetary Health Council: Planetary Health is an emerging trans-disciplinary field, encompassing the vast interconnections between human health and the natural/physical sciences, and broadly integrating the related fields of Public Health, GeoHealth, One Health, Global Health, etc.
