Sustainable Ocean Foods

Please join the Planetary Health Council in welcoming Sophie Scott, the Gulf of Maine Research Institute’s Sustainable Seafood Project Manager. 

Ms. Scott will present on GMRI’s Sustainable Seafood Program, including the GMRI Responsibly Harvested label program that supports local fishing communities while guiding consumers, and GMRI’s partnership with institutions such as UNE.  Parkhurst Dining Services will feature a $5 seafood lunch menu in Ripich Commons dining hall following the event to showcase GMRI Responsibly Harvested seafood.
