What Were You Wearing

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Biddeford Campus (Commons 103)

What Were You Wearing (WWYW) is a student-survivor art installation created to dispel rape culture myths that blame victims for what they were wearing. The installation features quotes from survivors of sexual assault and other forms of power-based personal violence, describing what they wore when they were assaulted, along with similar clothing samples. This installation promotes the idea that clothing never defines consent.
