  1. Recognize former HFpEF “evidenced-based” treatments and the mechanisms behind suspected patient benefit
  2. Describe the impact of new primary literature on the advancement of care in HFpEF patients that qualify for sacubitril/valsartan and empagliflozin therapy
  3. Identify a treatment regimen for HFpEF patients that provides symptom control and mortality benefits
