Teaching Assistant- University Organic Chemistry

Teaching assistants for University Organic Chemistry I/II will be expected to help with laboratory housekeeping, laboratory preparation, and overall logistics of the lecture, laboratory and laboratory lecture portion of the course.    Students need to be organized, flexible, and willing to take initiative.  Serving as a Teaching Assistant provides valuable training for students interested in a career in science or education, and provides a platform for enhanced student learning in the subject.   Students who have taken organic chemistry prior to applying for this position will be given first priority.
