Colleen Fuller, MPH, is a Research Associate for the Maine SNAP-Ed Program. Colleen has worked as an evaluator for the Maine SNAP-Ed program for the past 8 years, serving as the administrator and training lead for the live, web-based reporting system used for statewide data collection. Colleen also participates in national workgroups and communities of practice for community-engaged nutrition security initiatives.
Prior to joining the Maine SNAP-Ed team at UNE, Colleen implemented nutrition-security interventions in mid coast Maine communities, specializing in implementing electronic-benefit transfer (EBT) systems and incentive programs for SNAP beneficiaries at farmers markets. Colleen also implemented physical activity focused interventions in these communities including the Rural Active Living Assessments and developing promotional and engagement events for local trail systems and Land Trusts.
Colleen received her undergraduate degree from University of Southern Maine and her graduate degree from University of New England.
