Garrett Edwards is a 2006 graduate of the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He obtained board certification in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine & Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine after completing his residency training at UNECOM. He joined UNECOM faculty in 2009 and primarily teaches osteopathic clinical skills to the first- and second-year students. His clinical service is through a private practice in Saco, ME in addition to supervising on-campus, student-staffed clinic sessions.

Dr. Edwards grew up in Florida and is excited to finally live somewhere that has seasons! When free from academic and clinical duties, he loves to explore the wild beauty of Maine and northern New England with his wife and two sons be it on boots, boats, bikes, or snow boards! As an amateur-hobbyist carpenter, Dr. Edwards also usually has a building project (or two!) on the side.
