Hilary Irons is a curator and painter living and working in Portland, Maine. 

Hilary is Gallery and Exhibitions Director at the University of New England, directing, curating, and facilitating the UNE Gallery in Portland and the UNE Ketchum Library Gallery in Biddeford.  She is Library Liaison to the Department of Fine Arts.  She is also a co-founder of Able Baker Contemporary, an artist-run gallery, in Portland's Arts District, and maintains a studio practice based out of SPACE Studios.
