Ibtissam Jadir was born in Tangier. She holds a master's degree from the National School of Business and Management of Tangier and a Translator's Degree from the King Fahd School of Translation. She also had an academic stay at La Haute École Francisco Ferrer in Brussels (Belgium) and is currently a Ph.D. student in Economics, Management and Sustainable Development.

Jadir speaks four languages and has over six years of teaching experience. In addition to teaching Arabic at UNE Morocco, she is also a full-time translator at Abdelmalek Essaadi University in Tetouan, Morocco.

She has translated three books from Arabic to French and from French to Arabic. Two other books from English to Arabic are forthcoming.

Jadir published articles in Hespress, Elaph, and other publications.
