My interests began in preventive care for individuals with chronic or lifestyle illnesses using techniques such as motivational interviewing, nutrition intervention and stress management. I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Education Specialist with a background in health behavior change.  Over the past several years, I have re-focused my efforts to help children with autism and mental illness live full lives. I am also interested in supporting their caregivers to prevent chronic illness, early death and decreased quality of life.
