Rachael Salamon, RDH, MSDH, has been teaching at the University of New England since 2018. She teaches Local Anesthesia, Pharmacology, and clinical dental hygiene. Rachael earned her Master of Science in Dental Hygiene from MCPHS University, where her graduate research focused on leadership in dentistry and dental hygienist job satisfaction. She remains active in private dental practice and enjoys bringing current clinical experience into the classroom
