Dr. Tarae Terry has a wide-array of experience in the field of higher education to include but not limited to supporting, developing and facilitating curriculum development, program development, program/project management and professional development for faculty, staff and students. In addition to her education administration experience she has also facilitated at the undergraduate , graduate and doctoral level  at a variety of institutions. She facilitates courses around leadership, human resource development and management, change, commuication and more. She also serves as research/dissertation chair and advisor.

She earned a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Leadership and Management:  Human Resource Development from Drexel University and Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership:  Adult Learning and Training from St. Joseph's University.
