Our Biddeford Campus offers an array of indoor and outdoor spaces to suit the needs of your event. Whether you require a large lecture hall suitable for hosting a hundred guests, several smaller meeting rooms, or a computer lab, you’ll find the venues you need here. We also have several attractive function rooms at your disposal for gatherings. There are many ways to enjoy our scenic placement on the Atlantic coast. In addition to our courtyards and scenic terrace overlooking the churning waters where the Saco River meets the Atlantic Ocean, this site has a beach and pavilion by the water.

Your meeting or conference will be comfortably situated on our in-town Portland Campus. Four lecture halls of various sizes provide venues for speakers and performances. Smaller meeting rooms and a computer lab provide space for discussions and collaboration. When sessions are done, we welcome your reception or other gathering in our versatile function rooms.

Athletic Facilities

The Biddeford Campus welcomes your camp or other active gathering with a range of athletic sites. Whether your program requires turf or grass fields, a softball field, a beach volleyball court, or a gymnasium, this coastal campus is equipped. Staying near to our New England roots, our site is also furnished with an ice arena that gives your guests access to Maine’s winter sports through three seasons.

Overnight Accommodations

During the summer, our Biddeford Campus provides comfortable lodging for your multi-day event. We offer overnight accommodation options to suit your preferences and budget. Suite-style apartments are furnished with bedrooms, kitchens, air conditioning, living areas, and bathrooms. With full-sized and twin-sized beds, the suites provide even a large number of guests with the amenities and privacy of home. Traditional corridor accommodations supply a more modest yet pleasant option, with bedrooms hosting two to three guests and centrally located lounges, bathrooms, and kitchens.

The Biddeford Campus offers a complete dining service for your guests’ enjoyment. From traditional dining halls providing diverse selections, to organic and local fare at the Windward Café, your casual dining needs are covered. Our staff is also ready to coordinate your custom events ranging from basic coffee service to a large outdoor gathering with an open bar. Both campuses offer specialty catering menus that come to your site. Our fresh, adaptable menus – including a luncheon deli buffet, a summer barbecue, and a traditional Maine lobster bake – will leave your guests smiling.

We are certified by the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors International to supply "One-Stop Shopping."
