Public Policy and the Value of a Human Life

Thomas Judge is the founding executive director of LifeFlight of Maine, which provides critical care, emergency response, and air medicine services across Maine and New England. LifeFlight serves over 40 hospitals in Maine and New England as well as providing primary scene response.

Judge has extensive knowledge in designing and implementing emergency care systems nationally and internationally, with a particular interest in patient safety, risk, health care policy, access, and equity in the provision of rural medical care.
