Ali Ahmida interviewed on ‘Radio Baladi’
On May 1, 2015, Ali Ahmida, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Political Science, was interviewed on "Radio Baladi," the largest Arab and Muslim radio show in America.
The topic of the program was "Libya: Heading to dawn or darkness" and was hosted by journalist Atef Gawad. Ahmida and fellow guest Hafed Al-Ghwell, a non-resident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East, discussed what Libya needs in order to reach national unity, stability and democracy and how the country should go about accomplishing this.
