Cheryl Nimmo named among "20 Outstanding Nurse Anesthesia Professors"

Cheryl Nimmo, CRNA, DNP, MSHSA, assistant program director of Didactics, assistant clinical professor in UNE’s Department of Nurse Anesthesia, was recently named among “20 Outstanding Nurse Anesthesia Professors” by Nurse Practitioner Schools.

Nimmo was selected for inclusion on this list based on four factors:

• Active teaching or mentoring students at an accredited college of nursing
• Research published in online or print professional journals
• Leadership in the nurse anesthesia community
• Active involvement in education and learning through conferences, presentations, publications or organizational memberships
