Greta Astrup selected for ASHP Student Leadership Award

Greta Astrup, Class of 2015, has been selected as a 2014-2015 recipient of the ASHP Student Leadership Award.

This is the highest individual award ASHP recognizes and she is one of four Class of 2015 students in the nation to be a recipient. 

The award, sponsored by ASHP and the ASHP Research and Education Foundation, is given to student members in their second through fourth professional years of pharmacy school. It recognizes achievements in campus leadership and pharmacy practice in hospitals or ambulatory care clinics.

Astrup and her fellow recipients received an award package that included: 

  • Plaque
  • $2,000 cash award provided by the ASHP Research and Education Foundation
  • Drug information library consisting of the following publications (total value more than $1000!):
