UNE’s Karen Pardue leads national workshop for nursing educators

Karen Pardue, Ph.D., R.N., CNE, ANEF, interim dean of the University of New England Westbrook College of Health Professions, conducted an invited workshop on June 26 and 27 for the National League for Nursing in Washington D.C.

Fifty-one nurse educators from across the country and the territory of Guam participated in this two-day faculty development offering, focusing on curriculum design, assessment of learning outcomes, principles of test item construction and evaluation of student learning.
