Why UNE

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at UNE. The professors I have had the opportunity to work with and take courses with have been fantastic. They are down-to-earth, very personable, approachable, and they seem to be willing and available to help any student who needs it. 

Student Success

This past semester, I worked on a research project with the chair of the Chemistry and Physics Department. He introduced me to the unique electrical and photoluminescent properties of Group-14 metalloles. I am led to believe that it was my work with this project that brought me to be one of the top two candidates for a research and development position at Idexx laboratories.
