Grace Tennyson, M.Ed.

Grace Tennyson is the Director of Recruitment, Enrollment, and Student Success at the University of New England College of Dental Medicine, where she provides strategic leadership across the student lifecycle. Her work supports the College’s mission to prepare highly skilled, community-minded dentists equipped to serve diverse and medically underserved populations.

Grace brings nearly a decade of progressive leadership experience in higher education recruitment and enrollment strategy. Prior to joining UNE, she led data-informed recruitment initiatives, co-authored a multi-year strategic enrollment plan, and partnered closely with academic and campus leadership to align enrollment practices with institutional mission and student outcomes. Her work has contributed to record-setting enrollment growth, strengthened cross-departmental collaboration, and improved student engagement and success.

Known for her people-centered leadership style, Grace blends strategic thinking with empathy to build systems and partnerships that foster belonging, clarity, and long-term success. She specializes in translating institutional strengths into clear, compelling enrollment marketing strategies.

Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communication Arts and a master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Human Performance Technology. Her interest in dental education is deeply rooted in a commitment to service and public health, inspired by a family legacy of community-focused dental care. She is excited to partner with the UNE community to advance the College of Dental Medicine’s mission and support the success of future dental professionals.
