Joanne P. Smith

Joanne is a Maine native and has been with UNE for 30+ years, and with the WCHP Dean's Office as a Staff Assistant/Admin. Coordinator since 2014.  In addition, Joanne enjoys providing vocal entertainment at various UNE events, as well as events within the local community.
